[Monochrome Nights]

Good work! Great lighting, I like the harsh shadows and the glow on the brighter parts. One layer challenges are always good fun!

Fantastic work! I love the puppet aesthetic and the little stage diorama it has going on. The lighting & colours are so nice and warm/gentle. The colours also just pop and feel right along with the texture on the brushes you've used give it such a cute quality!

Really great! I love the perspective and wonky background, and the lighting and rendering on them is really nice! They pop so well from the muted background and the shading is so nice and smooth, I like all the little details like the cloth wrinkles and sheen of the plastic.

You're getting better at rendering, it looks great! The shine is nice but the underlighting is better and soft, remember that with underlighting it picks up colours from the environment it's in. Also remember to look at material references as well as just what style of art you're inspired by!

Nice work! Very interesting medium to use!

But if you're looking for lore you aren't really gonna get it by playing the games.
The lore was in the original games' manual as the point of the games is the main human protagonists finding themselves and whatnot.
The biggest lore is that the main antagonist Wizeman used to be/is a human without ideya, the glowing orbs that the humans have. So Wizeman starts creating Nightmaren to steal peoples ideya to be able to rule the dream world, one of those Nightmaren is NiGHTS but they didn't like being bossed around so they betrayed Wizeman to help the human dreamers. And that's kind of it. The worlds are just a backdrop for the human characters to be able to discover themselves as the dream worlds they go to are manifestations of their own soul/mind.

This is just really wonderful to look at!
I love the colours you've used they work together really nicely, the gentle lighting is so nice, the background is pretty and simple and with that white outline around NiGHTS they just shine and stand out so well against it!
A calming and wonderfully cute illustration!

[Nights Redesign]

I like it! It's a very interesting and elegant redesign. There are elements like which I'd say cross over disconnecting them from what NiGHTS is originally making them feel more of an OC but as a whole it's fantastic. Wonderful work!

Very cute and a nice variety of angles and poses, I like these sketches a lot!
